Return Policy

At ROOST Design Hale, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are committed to working closely with you to find a prompt and satisfactory solution.

We strive to be as flexible as possible to best serve our valued customers and clients. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item and your account history. Pieces that have been used, damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way cannot be considered eligible for return or exchange. Please note any custom or special orders, and any associated shipping or delivery fees, are also non-refundable. 

All artwork, consigned items, pillows, throws, rugs, gift cards and sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the event you would like to return an eligible item, please bring it into our store alongside a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you if we are able to accept it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to two weeks to process by your credit card company. 

Damages

For special ordered items shipping direct to you, or delivery of furniture purchased off our floor, we encourage you to inspect your item(s) upon receipt. In the event you note any damages, please report any issues to shop@roosthawaii.com within 48 hours, along with photos and description of your concern. We will do our best to rectify any issues.
