Return Policy

At ROOST Design Hale, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are committed to working closely with you to find a prompt and satisfactory solution.

We strive to be as flexible as possible to best serve our valued customers and clients. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item and your account history. Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way cannot be considered eligible for return or exchange. Please note that shipping or delivery fees, as well as custom orders, are also non-refundable. 

Furthermore, all art, consigned items, pillows, throws, rugs, gift cards and clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the event you would like to return an eligible item, please bring it into our store alongside a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law.

Your item must also be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you if we are able to accept it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that credit card payments may take several days to up to a week to process. We encourage you to inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you have any concerns, we'll work with you to correct it. To report any issues, send a photo to shop@roosthawaii.com within 72 hours to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
